I mean you don’t need to travel around the world to have the digital nomad life. Even just going to a nearby lake or beach can also do or spending time at your cottage or cabin. You can enjoy sitting in park, a cafe, library or anywhere else where you are not restricted to a location or specific time to do your work.
But to really live the traveling lifestyle as a digital nomad, you need to be able to generate income to afford the lifestyle. Sure some locations around the world can be cheap to stay in but you still need to have a steady source of income to maintain it. That is why you need to find ways to make money such as freelancing through sites like fiverr, upwork and other online freelance sites.
The whole idea is to create a passive income that continues to pay with very little or no effort. Through affiliate marketing this can be achieved by joining an affiliate program, such as Amazon or Clickbank, and promoting products where you receive a commission as an affiliate.
You can also write ebooks and build online courses for any area you are knowledgeable in and sell those as well. You could even create a youtube channel and upload videos of all your travels or diy (how to) types of videos to gain subscribers and earn income from advertisers.
